Cuando estás en medio de una situación especial, la que sea, buena, mala, desesperada, problemática, exitosa, de malos desempeños o lo que sea, lo primero que debes hacer es definir tu realidad. Una vez que tu realidad está definida tienes la mayor parte de tu problema resuelto.

Cuando tratas de resolver un problema sin antes haber definido tu realidad, entonces todo se puede volver caótico para encontrar el camino.

Definir tu realidad se debe volver un hábito ante cualquier situación que tengas en frente.

Cómo definir tu realidad.

Lo primero que debes tener en mente es la honestidad. Lo que es, es. Debes trabajar sobre lo que es, sobre la realidad. Si te engañas a ti mismo tratando de maquillar la situación tus soluciones también estarán determinadas por esa percepción incorrecta. Las mejores soluciones, a veces no agradables, se dan cuando conoces y aceptas la realidad.

Lo segundo para definir tu realidad es definir cuales cosas tienen solución y cuáles están fuera de tu alcance. Hay problemas que puedes solucionar y hay problemas que sólo puedes administrar la tensión.
