Y debemos aprender a perdonar.

From birth, we are trained to function in life and society. Of course, some function better than others, and there are those who, for various reasons, do not adapt to the system and become dysfunctional.
A dysfunctional person is someone who is unable to maintain routines, solve problems effectively, communicate well, establish and manage boundaries, or empathize with the people around them.
The first affected by dysfunctionality is oneself.
Today, we will focus on the lack of forgiveness.
In work environments, daily stress, work intensity, quality standards, and different personalities are ideal elements for getting “scraped,” hurt, or offended. And as if that weren’t enough, we still have to keep going to work!
That is why we must learn to forgive. Not for the people who hurt us, but for ourselves.
Not forgiving causes physical discomforts that prevent us from giving our best at work. Negative emotions, headaches, stomachaches, distractions, lack of concentration, are symptoms that, if unattended, can make us dysfunctional over time. They make us incapable of performing our job with excellence.
Forgiveness is a workplace matter. And we must learn to forgive. Please reflect on the following points:
